A few weeks ago, a bunch of Houston’s chicest bloggers and socialites attended Neiman Marcus’ spring trends brunch, where we got to preview all of the fashion and beauty looks you’ll be seeing everywhere from the runways to Target. I’ve been a busy little blogger trying to pick up a few key pieces myself to spruce up my wardrobe and wanted to share some of the easiest to wear spring trends 2017 that are on my personal wishlist (and some I’ve already scooped up)! Get in, loser, we’re going SHOPPING (comment below – what movie?!)…
If you haven’t heard already, STRIPES are all the rage. I mean, I never really think stripes go out of style, but now they’re basically everwhere – pants, shoes, sneakers, swimwear, socks, etc. Also, THE MINI BAG (think: can barely fit your iPhone Plus, your ID and a Kylie Lip Kit), STATEMENT EARRINGS and statement CUFF BRACELETS (bye statement necklaces…).
As for beauty, the PINK LIP is YUUUGGGE. I prefer my spring/summer pinks to have a bit of a pop to them, personally. Also, BLONDE is having a moment, so whether you can rock honey highlights or full platinum Gwen Stefani hair, feel free to embrace your inner Marilyn. Let’s welcome back BLUE EYE MAKEUP – blue mascara on the tips of the lashes, cobalt liner (hello, again) and don’t forget PASTEL SHADOWS – pastel lilacs, pinks, and even soft yellows. Like an easter egg for your face.
The following are my favorites and what I consider to be the easiest to wear. Feel free to shop the post by clicking on the item on the image or continue reading below for details on all the items, which I purchased, and if they come in multiple colors/styles.

1 – Topshop Bracelet | 2 – Kendra Scott Cuff (I own the solid gold one and wear constantly; comes in multiple metals) | 3 – Grey Stone Cuff (I own this gray one and LOVE; goes with everything and available in multiple colors)
Let me know what trend you plan on trying out this season. I’d love to hear some of your favorite picks!
